If we get this grant, the funds will go to establishing Reflux Rebels as a non-profit organization, establishing a fund for parents who can't afford meds and/or specialty formula, advancing understanding, and promoting education and research for the treatment of acid reflux in infants. PLEASE HELP US TO GET THIS FUNDING BY LOGGING IN THE THE PEPSI REFRESH PROJECT AND VOTING EVERY DAY FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE. Every person can vote every single day (once per day). We need your help!!

Everyone who knows us knows our history of reflux with Delilah and what we have been through (if you haven't...read the blog history, you'll get caught up lol) and the cost of everything. 1 can of her formula is $42 and she goes through 4 a week!!!! Even through our insurance its $1400 every 3 months, just to feed her and make her poop! That's literally money going down the drain... ya know since i cloth diaper and all ;) haha im so funny! But seriously don't let any doctor tell you your child has colic...THIS IS NOT A REAL DIAGNOSIS!
           *But did you know 75% of ear infections are caused because of uncontrolled reflux?
           *SIDS is linked directly to reflux
           *Reflux and acid buildup are the number one cause for inflamed tonsils and adenoids and tonsillitis
           *Babies dont "SPIT" for no reason....

Been puked on, shit on, do loads and loads of constant laundry, have had nights where i lay awake and wonder if my child will wake the next day. After going through all of this and knowing me and my family I don't know how you couldn't advocate FOR reflux!!??!!! I don't understand how someone can be so uneducated in this department to say that "all babies have colic" or "all babies spit up". This is simply NOT TRUE! There is always a reason for everything! Baby eats baby poops. Acid comes up baby spits up. See how easy that was? I don't see how all people don't get that and would honestly question my family or my daughters issues. If anyone in the world wondered about Reflux, GERD, Acid Reflux Disease, Cyaniotic Apnea, Food Allergies, FPIES (food protein induced enterocolotis syndrome), sleep studies, ph probes, swallow studies, EGD scopes, Bronch scopes, Bronch lavages (washes), etc, etc, etc MY FRIENDS should be the ones by my side KNOWING WITHOUT A DOUBT this is real scary stuff. Kids die from this. Delilah almost died from this.

So please vote for Reflux Rebels. We need everyone to be educated so not another baby suffers because their parents or physicians are uneducated.
