Pouring Concrete

Today we poured concrete along the west side of our house from the sidewalk back to the patio in the backyard. The truck came at 9:30 and left about 1:00. We didnt hire anyone to come and do it so Scott, my brother Jeremy, Ben, Nelson, Jeremy B and my grandpa all went to work. They are still finishing up smoothing it out and man does it look good. My grandpa and Jeremy B were the only ones who really have a lot of experience in this but it turned out better than I ever imagined. I am so happy Scott loves to do these home improvements and our house and yard are looking better than they have the entire time I have lived in this house. We are trying to get everything finished so my brother Jeremy can have his wedding here June 7th. We have always talked about finishing this stuff up but now we are on a time crunch. My brother has been here every weekend helping in the yard since Easter along with Scotts brothers and our great friends. Thanks to everyone who has helped and will help, we really appreciate it!
