*10 months have come and gone*

On November 25th our little boo bear was officially 10 months old! Yes that means I need to start to plan her 1st BIRTHDAY!!! AHHHH!!!! Things have gone by so quick and it just doesn't seem like she has been with us for almost a whole year! She still will not do a "normal" crawl and is content with an army crawl, she will now pull herself up to stand on anything she can reach, she still only has 2 bottom teeth, she is so tall she has to wear 12-18 mo pants for the length but then they fall off her skinny body! haha! She likes to sag her pants like her uncle Jeff....a habit we need to break lol!! She loves to play and have you "walk" her around the house. This is a game that if you start you better be prepared to do for hours upon hours! She is never satisfied with just one walk around the house, she needs to do it at least 20 times. She now likes to try to feed herself with a spoon, and even if she LOVES any type of food she puckers her lips and makes the funniest faces. She is still having a lot of problems with texture aversions (ie she will gag and vomit if I feed her any starchy types of foods like carrots, mashed potatoes, squash, etc. but then she will want more and do it all over again). A lot of reflux kiddos who also have multiple food allergies have texture issues, as well as many other feeding aversions/problems. This is something we will just have to work on. She is not getting solids consistently everyday as some days she just wont take them. I am taking it very slow and letting her tell me when shes ready. I have found that having a child you have to do things at their pace and if you try to rush things its just that much harder. She is still going to bed at 7:30 pm and wakes up between 8am-10am! She loves cause and effect and tries it out numerous times every hour! Her favorite is to drop things and see how many times I will pick them up before i take them away. For the record its 2.
She got denied for Synagis (RSV prevention) injections so my fingers are crossed she doesn't contract it. Her surgery is being postponed until after Christmas because since this is her first Christmas I couldn't bear the thought of isolating her for it! She is still on her reflux meds and they are helping more than i ever thought they could!
